She further worked as a Senior Resident at AIIMS, Bhopal & then as an Assistant professor in Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal for 3.5 years. She's working as an Associate professor in Mahaveer Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhopal & gave her services as Consultant in various hospitals. She also did her Fellowship in Basic & Advanced Gynaecological Endoscopic surgery (IAGE certified). She is a specialist in managing high risk pregnancies and is available 24 hours for Maternity and emergency services. She always strongly promote regular normal deliveries & painless labour. Her exclusive laparoscopic expertise includes management of ectopic pregnancies, endometriosis, fibroids, complex ovarian cysts, total laproscopic hysterectomies, Fertility enhancing diagnostic & operative laproscopic surgeries, and various hysteroscopic surgeries and various advanced gynecological surgeries. Dr. Badal worked for years as Consultant Gynaecologist in various hospitals, where high volume surgical work was done in various fields of Gynaecology, High risk & Critical Obstetrics, Urogynaecology, Gyne-oncology, Cosmetic Gynecology, Laproscopic surgeries & infertility.
